Zambia, Spring 2024

With a word from God, we spent the last months after the streets planning and preparing for the gospel campaign in Africa. We and our local team have been holding many trainings with local believers to make sure that we have a good follow-up system in place so that the new believers can be connected and discipled in the local churches. With the desire to see the broken and the lost come to Jesus, we went to Africa. Every night of those four nights, we preached a gospel message conveying how we as people have fallen short, but how Jesus came to redeem us. What it means to repent and start a life following Jesus as Savior and Lord. After receiving the contact details of the new believers, we spent time praying for the sick in Jesus’ name. During those times, Jesus touched dozens and dozens of precious individuals with healings. The greatest love was shown in that Jesus gave His life for us, and it is the greatest joy to share the gospel. The gospel is not just words but it is the power of God unto salvation. It truly is the good news for every heart that humbles themselves and receives Jesus. One of the things that keeps us in awe is how much we truly need God. It never changes. From the day we were born, to the day we got saved, till now, and for the rest of our lives, we are in true need of Jesus. It is because of Him that we have been saved. It is because of His work on the cross that we have received forgiveness. It is because of His pure mercy and grace that we can now live after His ways by the power of the Holy Spirit. What a joy it is for each child that comes into the loving arms of God. It truly changes eternity.

New believers follow up & discipleship

Pastor Wamunyima said, “We were able to connect 179 new souls, and we already have new believers as members in our church.” Another dear Pastor James Nyemba and his church connected 187 new converts and managed to follow up with all of them. Apostle Ngalama and his team of connectors from his Love Convocation Centre were able to connect with 205 new believers from the 4 days embrace gospel campaign. They are already having new believers joining their services. Another church shared that they received countless visitors to the church, as they’ve kept on coming even during weekdays. Their church has kept its doors open ministering to people, praying for healing and deliverances even throughout the week. We are moved by the way God has been touching lives and also mobilized the local believers to continue to steward all the Lord has done.

Multiple thousands called upon the name of Jesus and all of them received our new believers booklet called “Welcome into the Family of God.” We wrote this booklet to encourage the new believers in their faith. These booklets and the follow-up cards also helped us to connect the new believers to the participating local churches. We currently still have one of our team members in the city talking to local pastors and checking with them how the follow-up process is going. The volunteers have been following up with the new believers each day during the gospel campaign and still now are connecting with the new believers. Pastors are reporting that even from the first Sunday after the gospel campaign, they have had new believers in their churches. Each church received a certain amount of contact details of the new believers, and they are then making sure to reach those individuals by phone or by visiting them in their homes due to many not having a phone number.

A COUPLE CHANGED BY JESUS & HEALED FROM EPILEPSIE

Saved and healed by Jesus at our Gospel Campaign and are now growing in their faith in a local church

Rommy and Violet are a married couple residing in the Kalundu View area. They live just about 2 kilometers away from the town center, where many thousands gathered for our gospel campaign. When Violet heard that there will be a gospel campaign in her neighborhood, she was curious and encouraged her husband Rommy to come with her and attend.

During the four days of the gospel campaign, they listened to our preachings about the gospel of Jesus Christ and what it means to follow Jesus. One night, Violet and her husband opened their hearts to the gospel and received Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior for the first time. Violet shared “Before I felt like I was asleep, and now I am awake.” They received our New Believers booklet called “Welcome into the Family of God.” After the gospel campaign, through our follow up Violet and Rommy were connected to a local Church where they have been going to services on Sundays and during the week. Now two months after our gospel campaign, the pastor said “Since then this couple have become committed and regular attendees at our church.”

Rommy came to the gospel campaign hoping for healing of Epilepsy since he heard that there will be miracles. Rommy had horrible epileptic attacks from 2 to 3 attacks a week. These epileptic episodes were so bad that he could not work anymore. It has been a big burden for them. During the prayer time at our gospel campaign, he took the message to heart that by the stripes of Jesus Christ, we are healed. Without yet knowing, Rommy received a miracle from Jesus. They both went home after the four days of the gospel campaign realizing after days and weeks going by, that he had no more epileptic attacks. It is now two months since he has been healed from epilepsy. Violet his wife testified giving glory to God that from the time of the gospel campaign, her husband who often suffered epileptic attacks had not experienced any since. This has made her so grateful to the Lord for healing and blessing her family. She said how thankful they are for receiving salvation in Jesus and for the healing Jesus did in Rommy’s life.

This precious couple came out of curiosity to our gospel campaign, and they left completely changed. They heard the gospel of hope and salvation that has helped them to begin a new life with Jesus. They are now growing in their faith attending a church and being surrounded by other believers. We are deeply touched by stories like Rommy and Violet. Isn’t it amazing that although many individuals gather on a field, the Holy Spirit ministers to each one uniquely. God knows how to reach hearts, and how beautiful it is when they respond in surrender to Him. This story of Rommy and Violet is a beautiful example of the impact of the gospel. It brought them from darkness to light. It brought them hope and healing. This healing miracle is now allowing Rommy to work again and provide for his family which is fighting poverty. They are now following Jesus and receiving help to grow in their faith in a local church that we connected them to. And this is just the beginning of the new story that God is writing for their lives. Where once was hopelessness, now there is hope. Where once was heaviness, now there is lightness. The lightness that only comes from being right before God through the gift of salvation. What a joy it is to see lives transformed by the goodness of God.

Blind eye healed

A young man named Daniel came to our gospel campaign. He came blind in his right eye. He said that when he was born he was almost dead so he was thrown away and rejected by his parents. He shared that he was then picked up by his grandmother and raised by her since his parents abandoned him. Daniel shared that since birth he has been blind out of his right eye and that he came here to the field since he heard that something is happening here.

After the gospel message, we prayed for healing in the name of Jesus. When Daniel then opened his right eye, he made a wonderful discovery. He was blind, but now he could see. He was fully healed by Jesus. To see the joy on Daniel’s face was truly so touching. On the stage, we tested his right eye by closing his healthy eye, and he was able to identify the perfect amount of fingers. The people who knew him celebrated loudly as Daniel was in awe of what God did.

Later during the night, His grandmother came to one of the ushers beside the stage. She said that she is looking for her grandson who was previously blind in his eye but now is healed. She said that he was testifying on the stage, but now she is looking for him and can’t find him. One of the ushers then said I last saw him running behind the stage. The grandmother looked in the back and saw him running back and forth with a smile on his face. The usher and the grandmother went to Daniel. They asked him why are you running around. Daniel said with a large smile. “I am so happy for what Jesus has done.”

Isn’t it amazing the joy and thankfulness Daniel has towards Jesus. It reminds us of the story of the ten lepers that Jesus healed. On their way to show themselves to the doctor, they discovered that they all were healed by Jesus. Yet only one came back to Jesus to thank Him. May we all be the ones to always thank Jesus for what He does in our lives and other people’s lives. He deserves all the glory. He deserves all our gratitude.

tumor growth gone

Doctor says “THIS IS A MIRACLE”

A precious woman from the Mazabuku region came to our gospel campaign. She had been diagnosed with a tumor growth on her ovaries by the doctor, and she was hoping for a miracle. During the gospel campaign as we prayed for Jesus to heal and touch lives, she was touched so powerfully, but she was yet to find out. A few days after the gospel campaign she went to the doctor to check her body. When the doctor did the tests and looked at the scan, he said “I am so happy that there are still miracles happening today.”The growth on her ovaries was no longer there. It was miraculously healed by Jesus.

After this incredible testimony, she went to one of the local churches, and she has now been attending services where she can grow in her faith. It truly touches our hearts to witness the ways Jesus transforms lives. It is not just a healing, but it is a life changed by God. The goodness of God marks lives in such a special way. Where even doctors can only say “This is a miracle.”

Jesus restores walking after suffering a stroke

There was a young boy named Edward. He suffered from a stroke, and ever since then the right side of his body has been affected by it. Due to the paralysis from the stroke, he has not been able to walk by himself anymore. We asked him how he came to the gospel campaign. He said that he was carried to the gospel campaign on his mother’s back. He was sitting on the ground while we preached the gospel and while we later prayed for the sick to be healed in Jesus’ name.

After praying in the name of Jesus, Edward all of a sudden stood up from the ground and walked by himself. Edward’s mother and his sister were completely shocked by what unfolded before their eyes. They testified of the incredible miracle Jesus did in his life. His mother shared how her son just all of a sudden stood up all by himself and began to walk. He was healed. The impossible became possible. Jesus did what only He can do.

On the stage, Edward and his family testified of what Jesus did. We gave God glory for touching His precious son in such remarkable ways. Edward walked across the stage by himself, and we gave Jesus praise for the way He changed his life. What an incredible God we have.

Urine passing healing

There was a man named Ngoma who came to testify. He said that he came on the first day of the gospel campaign. When he came he had an illness with prostate glands. He said that he had prostate cancer. He said that he could not pass any urine since the 28th of December 2023 which is a little over 4 months ago. In December, he received a catheter so that the urine could pass in that way since he could no longer pass urine naturally. On the first night of the gospel campaign, after we prayed for those who were sick in Jesus’ name, Ngoma went home not yet knowing that he was just supernaturally touched by Jesus. The next day, Ngoma came back to the gospel campaign to testify about what Jesus has done. He said that very morning it was the first time since December 28th of last year that he was able to pass urine naturally. He discovered that he was fully healed by Jesus and no longer needed the urine catheter. We praised God for how Jesus healed him. When Ngoma left the stage, he had such a big smile on his face, and we could see pure joy. Multiple people from our volunteer team said “Did you see his smile when he left the stage.” What a joy when Jesus touches lives with His supernatural power.

Growth on eye supernaturally disappeared

There was a boy named Natan. He had a growth on his left eye that was clearly visible from the outside. The growth prevented his eyesight in his left eye. He had an appointment for surgery on the 13th of May to remove the growth. But Jesus had other plans for this precious boy. Natan came with his family to the gospel campaign and during the prayer for healing in Jesus’ name all of a sudden the growth on his eyes was gone. He looked at his mother and the people around him celebrated this miracle. Natan kept on testing his eye, blinking many times in awe that the growth was gone. Jesus supernaturally healed him. They shared with us how happy they are that Natan no longer needs the surgery and that he now can see perfectly.

Outpouring of the holy spirit

After preaching the gospel on the last night, we prayed for the Holy Spirit to fall upon His people with His power and love. We made everything quiet and just waited for the Holy Spirit to do what only He can do. After waiting for multiple minutes, the Holy Spirit fell upon these precious lives, and to explain it in a picture it felt like a blanket covered the field. In that moment, individuals started to speak in tongues, some started weeping, and many dozens were delivered and received freedom. Many others received healing in their bodies and others testified of feeling heat, and some feeling the love of God like never before. Isn’t it so beautiful that the Holy Spirit puts a seal on our hearts confirming that we belong to Jesus when we get saved. And how special it is that the Holy Spirit also moves in tangible ways where individuals are touched by the power of God. How blessed are we to have the Holy Spirit. Jesus said that the Holy Spirit will come as our helper and comforter, and He reveals to us the truth of God. We were deeply touched by the power and love of the Holy Spirit. What a gift it is when we get a new glimpse of the greatness of God. We pray that we all would never forget to seek God and to be in awe of who He is. May we receive new revelations of who He is as we journey through this life with Him. There is so much more to discover, and we are truly hungry to get to know our glorious God more and more.

EYE SIGHT HEALING & TEARS OF JOY

This precious young woman named Wankumbu came to our gospel campaign. She had blurred vision and was short-sighted in her right eye for the past year. She was not able to see clearly. After praying in the name of Jesus, she was fully healed. Jesus completely restored her eyesight. She was weeping on the stage as she was in awe of what God did. Wankumbu said, “I am so happy.” Now seven weeks later her father reported what a miracle it is seeing his daughter have perfect eyesight ever since that day. He said this is such a testimony of God’s healing power and their whole family is moved by this miracle. How beautiful when individuals are so touched by the way Jesus moves in their lives. May we all be in awe and wonder of our mighty God!

HEARING SUPERNATURALLY HEALED

A woman named Catherine came to our gospel campaign. She had problems with both ears causing her hearing to be almost completely gone. When she was smaller they would pump out puss and wax out of her ears due to constant infections. The doctors did not know what was causing this. So the only procedure that helped her to be able to hear some sounds was the very regular pumping out of puss and wax from her ears. With time, there was permanent damage to her ears.

Catherine said that she could not even hear people talk. We asked a man who was a close neighbor who came to the gospel campaign with her. He said yes before she could not even hear the voice of those standing beside her. He said only if you would speak closely and directly into her ears she could hear what you say.

But that day during the prayer for Jesus to heal those who are sick, something incredible happened. All of a sudden her ears opened up, and she could hear perfectly. After Catherine testified of this beautiful miracle Jesus did, we checked her hearing. We tested it with a whisper from about 2m, 5m, and 8m away, and she could hear every word perfectly. What an amazing Jesus we have!

Something that touches our hearts is that a healing like this changes someone's entire life. It allows the person to do daily tasks better, helps them to work a job, and so much more. We celebrate the way God touches lives with His power and love.

BACK HEALING & A HEART FILLED WITH JOY

A precious woman named Elisabeth came to our gospel campaign. She shared that in 1977 she was in an accident. Ever since then, she has been suffering from constant strong back pain. Elisabeth said that she has been unable to bend down for so many years which made her daily tasks hard. But during the prayer for Jesus to heal those who are sick, Elisabeth was touched by God. She said that right after the prayer, she felt a lightness in her body, and she all of a sudden felt like 10 years younger. All the pain left and when she tested her body, she was able to bend down without any issues. She was fully healed by Jesus. On the stage, she danced and danced and danced. She was free. She could not dance before, but now she can dance for the glory of God. Hallelujah.

TUMOR GROWTH SUPERNATURALLY DISAPPEARED

A woman named Faless heard from her son that there is a gospel campaign happening. Her husband then told her that others were healed, and she also needs to go hoping for healing. So Faless decided to come. She shared that when she came to the ground, she could hardly stand for long, and she could not even bend due to the pain from the tumor growth in her stomach. She shared that the growth often caused her to not be able to eat well. She said that she could feel the growth from the outside very well, and it was like a big form of mass inside of her stomach.

After we preached the gospel, we prayed for those that are sick in Jesus’ name. That night Jesus revealed Himself to Faless so powerfully. When she put her hand on her stomach she made an incredible discovery. The tumor growth was no longer there and all the pain was completely gone. The tumor growth had disappeared. Where before was a big growth tangible in her stomach, now there was no more mass in there.

Faless shared this incredible testimony. How wonderful that God used her husband and son for her to come to the gospel campaign. How amazing how God gifted her with a miracle from Jesus.

RENEWED HOPE FOR MAPALO

A story of salvation and the transformative power of God

Background

Mapalo and his family have been going through a hard time. They faced challenges of different kinds. One of them was that his father fell into depression. The father slowly began to lose his health as his high blood pressure increased and his sugar diabetes worsened. Soon after, the father passed away due to high blood pressure. It was a heartbreaking time for the family. Mapalo himself had health challenges, and he would often lose his temper. Overall, the family experienced much hardship, and they were struggling to find hope. One day, Mapalo and his mother were going through the neighborhood of Nangogwe. There Mapalo saw a large billboard in town announcing an upcoming Embrace Worldwide Gospel Campaign in the first week of May. He immediately asked his mother to go there. His mother was reluctant, but he was able to convince her to take him.

Receiving Jesus

Mapalo attended all four nights of the Gospel Campaign. He heard the gospel messages, and he was touched by God. Mapalo decided to receive Jesus as his Lord and personal Savior. What a glorious day. He received the greatest gift, which is the gift of Salvation. That night, he received our “Welcome into the Family of God” booklet, and we were able to connect him to a local church.

Changed from the inside out

After the gospel campaign, the mother made a discovery. Since the gospel campaign, Mapalo has been completely different. The mother went on to say that now when she walks into his room, Mapalo is often praying or reading his Bible. His overall behavior and demeanor has changed. Now he is calm and no longer loses his temper as he often did before giving his heart to Christ. Mapalo’s heart posture has changed. He has become a new creation in Christ Jesus. He is now a son who has a relationship with God and is growing in the faith. The mother shared that they feel hope again to believe for God to help them as they are navigating this journey.

Connected to a local Church

Through our Embrace Worldwide Follow-Up and Discipleship System, we were able to connect Mapalo and his family to a local church. Since then they have been attending that church growing in their faith. Church members also visited them in their home helping them to grow in their relationship with God. And just a few weeks later they also became church members.

A fresh hope

Isn’t it beautiful that Mapalo received the gift of salvation and his heart posture completely changed. So much so that even his family is testifying of the transformation that God did and is doing in his life. Although as a family they have been experiencing hardships, God found a way to reach their hearts with a fresh hope. A hope that only God can give. It is a hope that is not connected to circumstances but is only found in Jesus our living hope. These stories touch our hearts. There is nothing more powerful than someone receiving the gift of salvation and being transformed by God. It is opposite to the world. When the world is lost in darkness, God is calling His lost sons and daughters home. He gives a gift that the world can not give. A gift that does not only change the course of this life on earth, but it changes the course for eternity.

NUMBNESS IN LEG FULLY HEALED

There was a woman named Acoustina. She had numbness in her left leg. After praying in the name of Jesus, we asked everyone to test their bodies. Acoustina at this time did not test her body. Her daughter then asked her mom if she can test her leg to see if Jesus healed it. After testing it, she discovered that she was fully healed by Jesus. Acoustina testified on the stage and gave glory to Jesus. Acoustina said, “Before I couldn't move my leg, I couldn’t shake it, but then I found out that the pain and the numbness was gone… Jesus Christ is the One who has healed me!”

STOMACH PROBLEMS HEALED BY JESUS

Florence came to our gospel campaign in May. She shared that she came here with terrible stomach cramps. Florence said that she had that pain every day for as long as she can remember. Due to the pain in her stomach, she could not bend down. She shared that she couldn’t even bend forward because of the pain. Florence said that during the prayer for the sick to be healed in Jesus’ name, all the pain left her body. She said, “Jesus healed me.” With a big smile on her face, Florence bent down perfectly, and we celebrated that healing miracle Jesus did in her life. What a gracious God we have.

SPINAL HEALING & STILL GLORIFYING GOD MONTHS AFTER

We met a woman named Duntu when she came to our gospel campaign in May. She was 51 years old, and she shared that she had been suffering from strong pain in her spine. Especially strong pain in the lower back. She could not bend to the left or the right, and she could not stretch due to this issue.

But on the third night of the gospel campaign, Jesus healed her from all the pain in her spine. Duntu can now walk perfectly, bend down, and stretch without struggle or limitations. Duntu thanked God for healing her so powerfully. This moment with God changed her life for she is now pain-free. Now a few months after the gospel campaign, Duntu is still filled with gratitude that ever since then she has been healed.

A DAUGHTER COMES TO JESUS & SHOULDER RESTORED

We met a woman named Getrude who came to our gospel campaign in May. After hearing the gospel message and what it means to turn away from your old life, Getrude made the most important decision one could ever make. A decision to surrender. A decision to receive from God. A decision that changed her life. Getrude put her faith in Jesus and gave her life to Him. What a glorious day when a daughter comes into the loving arms of God. What a life-changing day when a life is pulled out of darkness and pulled into the light. The Kingdom of God truly is the Kingdom of Light. How beautiful when another life starts burning for Jesus. Gertrude also received our new believer’s booklet “Welcome into the Family of God” and through our follow-up and discipleship system, she was connected with a local church to grow in her faith.

When Getrude came to the field she said that she felt strong pain in her right shoulder. Due to the pain, she was not able to lift her arm above chest height and was unable to twist her arm. She said that if she wanted to do simple tasks such as removing her shirt, she would feel such strong pain in her shoulder. This pain has been there for a month.

After praying in the name of Jesus, Getrude experienced something wonderful. She was fully healed by Jesus. She said that all the pain left her. When she tested her body, she could now lift her arm all the way up and twist her arm perfectly, something she could not do before. All the pain was gone and full mobility was restored. We glorified God for the way He revealed Himself to His precious daughter.

FRACTURED LEG HEALED & BREAKTHROUGH

We met a woman named Mukumbi. She shared that since 2023 she was sick and could not walk well due to much pain. When we asked her what was wrong, she said that she had a fractured leg so she could only walk with a wooden clutch and much pain. Regarding feeling sick, she didn’t know what it was, but she was not well and had health challenges.

On the third day of the gospel campaign, after the wonderful night, Mukumbi returned home. At night she all of a sudden coughed and vomited. After that, she no longer felt sick anymore. She experienced a form of deliverance that Jesus started during the gospel campaign and continued into the night. But Jesus had even more in store for her.

The next day Mukumbi excitedly came back to the gospel campaign, and there Jesus continued what he started. During the prayer in the name of Jesus, her fractured leg was supernaturally healed. She said when we prayed in Jesus’ name she shared that she felt the power of the Holy Spirit touch her and a bone moved in her leg. She was instantly healed. She no longer needed the clutch because she can now walk without any support or help. Her fractured leg was supernaturally healed by Jesus. She danced on the stage laughing and jumping and giving glory to God.

BEING FOUND BY JESUS & HEALING AND HEARING RESTORED

There was a woman named Madope. She had pain on the right side of her body. She had been suffering from this since she tripped and fell. Ever since then, the right side of her body has been affected by it, and even her right ear. Madope shared how she went to doctors and received all kinds of medication, but it did not help so she stopped taking the medication.

During prayer in the name of Jesus, Madope was supernaturally healed. All the pain and effects on the right side of her body were completely restored. On the stage, Madope ran back and forth celebrating what God had done. She could move her right arm and kick with her right leg without any pain. She expressed such joy and excitement for the way Jesus healed her. It touched our hearts to see this precious woman filled with gratitude for the way God touched her that night.

Beside the stage, Madope shared with one of our volunteers how happy she also is that she can now hear out of her right ear perfectly again. What a glorious God we have!

Not only did Madope receive healing, but after hearing the gospel message, she surrendered her life to Jesus and made Him the Lord and Savior of her life. She received our new believers’ booklet titled “Welcome into the Family of God.” She was also connected to a local church. What an amazing God we have. He reveals Himself and draws hearts to Himself. It is the greatest joy when individuals come into the loving arms of God.

coming to jesus like a child

A young girl came to our gospel campaign. Although she was young, she was not too young to make the most important decision of her life. She received Jesus as her Lord and Savior. At this moment, she had a powerful experience. Afterward, she then went to those around her, and she shared, “I am so sure Jesus is now in my heart,” among other things that testified of her newfound faith in Christ. Although she was young, she understood the simplicity of the gospel and God’s supernatural work in her life.

What grace that God reveals Himself in such a powerful way to such a young child. It reminded us of the way God encountered us personally at a very young age, how we received Jesus then, and how we have never looked back since. There is no greater gift than the gift to belong to Jesus. There is no greater joy than to have the joy of salvation. There is no greater peace than to have the assurance of salvation. Isn’t it amazing that no matter how old we get, we are to keep on coming to Jesus like a child. We are to come to our heavenly Father with a humble heart ready to trust and receive from Him.

coming with a stick but leaving without it

There was a woman named Elisabeth who received healing from Jesus on the first night of our last gospel campaign. On the third night, she came to testify of what Jesus has done and how different her life is now. Elisabeth was suffering from pain in her back and in her legs. On the first day, she came with a stick to our gospel campaign. She shared that she was limping so badly. In order to walk, she needed the stick. She demonstrated to us how her walk looked like when she came on the first day of the gospel campaign. The crowd watching laughed because the way she showed how her walk looked was so funny. Elisabeth put a smile on all our faces.

After praying in the name of Jesus, we asked everyone to test their bodies. When Elisabeth tested her body, she found out that she was fully healed. She shared that before she was limping and in need of a stick to walk. But now, she is no longer using the stick, and she can walk perfectly. On the stage, she demonstrated how she can walk now, and everyone celebrated. Elisabeth came with a walking stick, but she left without it, completely healed by Jesus. The way God touches lives moves our hearts. It is undeserved. It is not earned. It is simply a gift from God.

shoulder healed after accident

We met a wonderful woman named Glenda at our last gospel campaign. She shared that she was in a road accident back on the 24th of July in 2023. Ever since the accident, she has not been able to lift her left arm above the shoulder. She received a metal plate because of the accident which has been limiting her mobility. Ever since then, she could not lift her right arm up, and still to this day, she had been suffering from pain.

That night, we prayed for Jesus to touch lives and heal those that are sick. At that moment, the pain left Glenda. When she tested her arm, she was able to lift her arm perfectly above her head. This has not been possible ever since the accident. In one moment, Jesus healed her of the pain and restored her mobility. Glenda showed us how high she can lift her arm now. She lifted her arm in the sky, and she smiled as we gave glory to Jesus.

After the gospel campaign, two people came to our team members. They said how touching it is to see Glenda fully healed. They shared how they remember how this shoulder injury was handicapping her daily activities. And now they are so amazed how Glenda’s story is a testimony of God’s healing power.

SALVATION & FREEDOM FOUND IN CHRIST

Salvation

A woman named Barbra came to our embrace gospel campaign. After hearing the gospel message, she made the most important decision one can ever make. She decided to repent, leave her old life behind, and start to follow Jesus as her Savior and Lord. What a joy it is when a daughter is found by Jesus. This was the beginning of her walk with God. Through our embrace follow-up and discipleship system, she was connected to a local church where she can continue to grow in her faith.

Testimony since attending church

The trainings we and our team hold in local churches, along with our discipleship manual for pastors, highlights the importance of investing in the new believers so they can grow in their relationship with God. This is crucial for seeing fruit that remains. During one of the discipleship sessions, Barbra shared that she and her family are experiencing torment. They were being tormented by a demonic and unclean spirit. This was taking place through strong spiritual attacks. She and her family experienced demonic instances where they each were tormented in the same exact way with identical experiences. Through the discipleship from her new pastor, their attending the church, and the power of the Holy Spirit, the family was able to experience full freedom from spiritual attacks and oppression. After discipleship sessions and praying for freedom, the demonic attacks ceased, and they experienced full freedom in Christ.

New life

Barbra received the gift of salvation, and with that, her whole life changed. She was able to experience freedom from the evil spiritual things that her family and ancestors were struggling with. This is only possible through Jesus and the freedom He brings.

Freed from pain

There was a woman named Precious who came to our gospel campaign. She had pain in both of her knees and her right hand. She also experienced a lot of abdominal pains. Precious shared that she has been having these pains for the past two months. After praying in the name of Jesus, she received healing, and all the pain left instantly. She was so happy that Jesus healed her. We celebrated this gift from God. Her two knees, right hand, and abdominal pains were fully healed by Jesus.

We met a woman named Agnes when she came to our gospel campaign. She shared that one night while she was sleeping she felt as though someone was piercing knives in her stomach. Since then her legs and arms were paralyzed with a lot of body pains. She could only walk very slowly, and oftentimes she was struggling to walk. But that day, we prayed for those who are sick to be healed in the name of Jesus, and Jesus healed her. Agnes shared how the pain left. When she tested her walking, she could walk fast, and she could even jump. She was fully healed by Jesus. We praised God for this beautiful miracle, and for the way He touched Agnes’s heart that day.

Gastritis pain healed

We met a woman named Elizabeth. She shared that she has had gastritis since 2017. This chronic digestive system disease caused strong symptoms such as very strong stomach pain and back pain. She shared that her grandson had witnessed some miracles and healing the previous day at the gospel campaign, and he told her to come for the gospel campaign.

She said that when she started coming to the gospel campaign, the pain was too much until she arrived at the ground. When we asked what happened afterwards. She said that “Even before the time of prayer, I was healed.” She came on the stage to testify of the miracle that Jesus did. She was joyful when testifying and could jump up and down without any pain. It was the first time since 2017 where she was pain free. She was healed by Jesus.

Salvation & the peace of god

A story of salvation and growing in Christ as a follower of Jesus

There was a woman named Vaildah. She came to our last gospel campaign in the spring interested to see what will be shared. After hearing the gospel and what it means to follow Jesus, Vaildah gave her heart to Him. She made Jesus the Lord and Savior of her life and decided that she wants to follow Him from now on. It is the greatest joy when a lost child comes to our heavenly Father. Heaven celebrates over each sinner who turns to Christ. A life saved from darkness and brought into the light. Isn’t it amazing how the Holy Spirit draws hearts and how He convicts those hearing the gospel to see their own need for God. What a glorious day when hearts respond by surrendering their lives to Jesus. It was a glorious day for many individuals like Validah who came into the loving arms of God.

Through our embrace follow-up and discipleship system, Vaildah was connected to a local church. Now she is attending the church and growing in her faith. Vaildah shared with Pastor Mushambatwa that ever since that day when she gave her life to Christ at the embrace gospel campaign, she has experienced a peace of mind she didn’t know was possible before. Isn’t it so beautiful how lives are transformed by God. Vaildah now is a daughter of God and a follower of Jesus. She received a peace from God that only comes from being right before Him because of the gift of Jesus. God truly longs for individuals to come into His loving arms and to be transformed by Him. A transformation that is not just for a moment, but a transformation that changes a life for all of eternity.

Vaildah’s story is a beautiful reminder of God’s amazing love. The Holy Spirit drew her to Jesus, and when she believed, her life was changed forever. She found a peace she never knew existed before. It’s amazing to think about the joy in heaven when someone like Vaildah comes to know Jesus. It shows us how much God loves us and wants us to be with Him. Vaildah’s story is a testimony that there is always hope and God wants to reach every heart. God is waiting with open arms.

SEEING FRUIT THAT MULTIPLIES

We are touched to hear recent news from the city where our last gospel campaign took place. One remarkable story highlights how fruit multiples in the body of Christ. The pastor shared that they kept our embrace prayer structure in the different parts of town and now even months later, they are still meeting weekly in those places to pray. He shared that this is incredible because this has never happened before between the different denominations. These are prayer meetings where individuals from different churches and denominations come together to pray for their city. Pastor Simwanza shared: “Before the gospel campaign, we did not work together as the churches, and we had never seen something like this. But now, we kept on continuing what God started in our town.” Isn’t it amazing how the churches and believers from different denominations have maintained the prayer structure we established and are still meeting weekly in the different places for their city. This type of unity and focus in prayer is truly special. It is fruit that multiplies. Another pastor said: “We are experiencing something we have never experienced before. We are still seeing revival in our churches.”

Isn’t it so beautiful how God uses the entire process of the gospel campaign to bring unity within the body of Christ and do things that many in the city have been praying for. We know all of this is possible because of the work of the Holy Spirit and because of our mission partners who are making this possible. Thank you for truly changing lives for the Kingdom of God. What a joy when fruit multiples.
