As we rejoice in the mighty works of God in rural Africa, our hearts are humbled and amazed at His goodness. We just completed our fall embrace gospel campaign. There was significant spiritual resistance and even government opposition, with spies sent to watch our every move. On the last night, a sudden storm of rain and hail poured down from 2pm till 6pm, something highly unusual for this time of year. Yet God, in His mercy, intervened supernaturally, stopping the rain and hail so His Word could go forth. God finished what He started in this city by meeting precious lives with His love and power.
Over the course of the campaign, more than 120,000 people gathered to hear the Gospel. Many encountered the love and power of Jesus for the first time and are now being connected through the Embrace Discipleship and Follow-up System. Lives are being transformed as the Father stretches out His arms, drawing the lost into His mercy and grace.
Pastor Malenga shared, “We are so grateful for what you imparted in our city. We will not forget all you invested in our churches, our pastors, and our leaders. Every participating church has had an increase of membership. This was a shock to us to see new believers flooding our churches.”
The gospel campaign revealed the kindness of God to meet His people in this rural city. There was real spiritual opposition, yet the power of God’s Kingdom was stronger. The lost came burdened with sin, fear, and sickness, and Jesus met them in their pain. Tears flowed, hearts turned in repentance, and miraculous transformations brought glory to His name. Hearts were saved. Bondages broken. And miracles took place. On the third night we witnessed a special break out of signs and wonders. The mute began to speak, deaf ears opened, blind eyes opened, tumors vanished and many types of creative miracles that only Jesus can do.
“People have been coming and we have been hearing that the Membership is increasing in most of the churches…We have seen the results. We really appreciate God’s work that you are doing. We thank God.” About one and a half months after the campaign, he shared again, “The impact of the crusade can still be felt today. Our church was greatly blessed not only through the crusade itself but also through the preparatory activities that led up to it. Even more encouraging is the number of people who have since connected to our church as a result of the crusade... Indeed, we continue to see the fruits of this great move of God.”
Daughter’s tumor disappeared & mother finds salvation in Jesus
One of the many precious stories is that of Monika Mambwe and her daughter Sanda Gradis. Monika, a mother of a young girl, came to the gospel campaign when she heard that many people would be gathering. As we preached the gospel of Jesus, what it means to receive Him as Savior and Lord, and what it means to follow Him, she knew this was her moment. That night she surrendered her life to Christ.
But Jesus had even more in store for her. Monika’s daughter Sanda had suffered for one year with a growth, five centimeters wide, on her private parts. That night, after prayer in the name of Jesus, the growth disappeared. Monika ran to our team, tears streaming down her face. Again and again she cried, “My daughter, my daughter is healed. The growth is gone.” She could hardly find the words. Later, after regaining her composure, Monika came to the stage to testify before the crowd. She said, “My daughter had a growth on her private parts for one year. It was five centimeters wide. After they prayed in the name of Jesus, the growth shrank. I gave my life to Jesus for the first time in my life tonight.” That night, Jesus not only healed her daughter but also gave Monika new life. A mother and daughter left forever changed, one healed in body, both saved by our glorious Savior.
From MUTE AND DEAF to SPEAKing his first words & MOTHER RECEIVES SALVATION
We met a young man named Jilson Lombe. As he and his mother were standing in line waiting to give a testimony, they were standing there with the biggest smiles. The mother shared, “Before I was coming here, people were trying to say: Don’t go, don’t take the boy. But afterwards I saw him trailing behind me.” She shared that people were telling her not to take her boy to the gospel campaign, but she saw how her son kept following her. So she took him with her. Then she said, ”When we came here, I’ve actually believed the name of the Lord after I heard the message.” After hearing the gospel message, she made Jesus the Lord and Savior of her life. She decided to give her life to Jesus for the first time, and after the gospel campaign we were able to connect her and her son to a local church.
But there was something else wonderful that happened. On the stage she testified, saying, “Since his birth, he has never spoken a word.” His deafness and muteness were so severe that Jilson had never been able to utter a word before. The mother shared that after the time of prayer something incredible happened. She said, “After getting the word and the Holy Spirit, he’s able to call Tata and Mayo, which means Father and Mother.” She continued to share, “He has never spoken a word…When you ask him to say something you will get it for yourself.” As we tested it, Jilson said loudly into the microphone, “Tata.”The crowd erupted with celebration as they witnessed a precious teenager experience a supernatural touch from God. We then said, “Now your first word is saying ‘Tata’ meaning father. It is proclaiming that we have a good Heavenly Father. Hallelujah.” Jilson stood there with a large smile so happy that now after all these years he can now say words for the first time.

A MIRACLE IN MARY'S LIFE
On the second night of our gospel campaign, God moved powerfully in the life of a teenager named Mary Muansa and her mother, Gladis Muila. The very next night, Mary and Gladis returned to share the incredible healing they had experienced.
Mary said: “I had something that moved in my belly. When it begins to move I feel pain around my waist. For one month now. When it started moving in my belly, I could not eat. Whenever I tried to eat, I had to vomit. I came yesterday and I discovered that the pain is gone. So I decided to come, to come and give a testimony. Yesterday I ate some food even today I ate something. The pain is gone, I felt nothing. I want to thank God for what he has done, I was not expecting that I can be healed. But today I am healed.”
Her mother, Gladis Muila, also shared her experience: “For five years I had migraine headaches and chest pain. I was feeling as if there was a big stone on my head. Since yesterday I am healed. The migraine headaches is gone. The chest pain is gone.”
The pain that had held them captive for weeks and years was gone in an instant. Yesterday, suffering. Today, freedom. This is the power of Jesus, touching bodies, hearts, and lives. The same God who healed Mary and Gladis is still moving, still restoring, still bringing miracles.
SPRAINED KNEE INSTANTLY HEALED BY JESUS
We met a woman named Emma. She came on the first night of the gospel campaign. She said, “I sprained my leg, for three days I was limping… my right knee.” She reached into her bag and took out a cloth which she used as a bandage. She added, “I had to tie my leg, so that I can walk properly. Without this, I was unable to walk.” She had to use it to stabilize her knee because otherwise the pain would have been too unbearable to come by foot. She showed us how slowly and how stiff she walked in order to manage the pain before.
But when praying in the name of Jesus, He instantly healed her. She said, “I was actually limping. I was coming from someone, and I had to stop here… But when I came here, the pain was gone, and I am able to stand on it again.” Emma was able to jump, run, and celebrate this miracle. To testify of her healing, she jumped up and down on the stage while filled with joy. When we asked her what she wanted to say to Jesus tonight, she said,“Jesus heals.”
FIRST TIME WALKING AGAIN AFTER STROKE & DAUGHTER FOUND BY JESUS
We met Elizabeth and her daughter on the third night of the gospel campaign. Elizabeth said, “I had a stroke. One year and five months, I have been in the same problem. I was unable to walk. I was just sleeping. I was bedridden. They were just helping me to stand.”She went on to share that her family had to bring her to the field and that she was transported with the help of a motorbike. She said, “I came here with a motorbike. I was just brought.”
While praying in the name of Jesus, something amazing happened. Elizabeth shared, “I heard a sound on my knee yesterday when you prayed for me. I then stood on my feet for the first time.” We all celebrated this incredible miracle that Jesus did in her life. She had been bedridden and unable to walk ever since the stroke, but now she can walk completely on her own.
Her daughter confirmed, “This is true.” She continued to say, “I have accepted Jesus Christ as my personal Savior.” The healing her mother experienced the day before planted a seed in her heart, and when she returned, she was ready to give her whole life to Jesus. We were able to connect her to a local church where she can grow in her faith. Hallelujah!

After Tryness and two of her friends heard the gospel, they decided to make Jesus their personal Lord and Savior and from now on to follow Him with all their hearts.
“My name is Tryness, and I come from Best Compound. We received salvation after hearing the gospel... I felt so blessed after hearing the gospel and I decided to join church the following Sunday. I have decided to continue following Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.”
Tryness and her two friends are now growing in their faith, surrounded by other believers.
After a Horrible Accident, Jesus Restores Walking Freely
We met Ivan Sumutale on the third night of the gospel campaign. He shared that he had been in a terrible accident. “I was burned by petrol one year and eight months ago,” he said. They rushed him to the closest emergency room. “I was in the hospital for some months… I was unable to turn to the right or to my left, when I was in the hospital.”
At the gospel campaign, he explained, “I had wounds around my feet. I was unable to stand for three minutes… I was unable to walk.” Walking by foot was impossible, so he was brought to the field by car.
After praying in the name of Jesus, Ivan was fully healed. He was running on the stage, jumping, and filled with the joy of the Lord for the incredible miracle God did. God healed the long-term side effects of the third-degree burns in his body. He said, “I want to thank Jesus Christ for what has happened.”

Judith Mulenga came with her son, Savior Chikande, to the field. She shared that her son was fully blind in his right eye. She said, “In June, my child fell down and he stopped seeing with one eye. I took him to the hospital, and I was told that this child cannot see with his eye.” She continued, “For four months, from June to today, he was unable to see… with his right eye.” When she went to the hospital, they wanted to operate to help but they couldn’t. Because of this, the doctor stitched his right eye shut. The mother shared that the doctors told her she would need to schedule a surgery in a different hospital to extract the eye, as there was nothing else they could do. But that night, Jesus, the Great Physician, met her son.
After praying in the name of Jesus, something incredible happened. The boy told the mother that something fell out of his eye and that he can see. The mother shared, “There was a stitch in the eye of the child. When you were praying that stitch fell down, and he said, ‘I am able to see now.’” She showed us the stitch that had once sewn her son’s eye shut. It had fallen out during prayer, and she kept it in her phone case as a keepsake, amazed that her child could now see perfectly.The eye that had been completely blind from the accident was fully healed by Jesus. It was a mighty miracle!
Her Miracle Drew the Multitudes
We met a woman named Mathildah Ng’andwe. She shared, “What brought me to the Crusade was when I heard the announcement that there will be a Crusade where the sick will be healed and the bound will be set free. That is how I decided to attend.”
Mathildah was a well-known vegetable seller in town. Many people knew that she struggled with her hearing and sight. She said, “I could not hear properly and I could not see clearly.”
That night, after the gospel message, during prayer for healing in the name of Jesus, the power of God touched her. She said, “Suddenly I could hear clearly and I could see clearly…There’s a very big difference… now I’m able to see clearly and hear.” The people celebrated as Mathildah caught the handkerchief out of our hands. It was clear that Jesus had restored her sight and hearing. Her testimony spread quickly through the town, causing the crowd to almost double by the next day as many of the lost gathered to hear the good news of Jesus. “I am now delivered, I can see clearly….I gave myself entirely to God.” She testified of the beauty of salvation.
Later, when our Embrace team visited her at home, she testified, “I could neither see nor hear well. But after receiving prayer, I am feeling much better. I can now clearly see and hear without a problem as you saw.”
We witnessed the love of God through the testimony of what Jesus did in Mathildah’s life. Her healing did more than restore her sight and hearing. It stirred a town and drew many of the lost to the field to hear the gospel. Truly, one miracle can awaken an entire community to the power of Jesus.
From living in the world to living for God
Richard had been living far from God. He spent his days drinking, smoking, and doing the very things he knew God warned us from. But everything changed the day the Embrace Team came to his town. As the preaching began, Richard felt something stirring in his heart. He listened to the Word of God and made a decision that would change his life forever. He accepted and rededicated his life to Jesus Christ, choosing to turn back to Him.
Richard shares, “My name is Richard Katayi and I come from Mulima Nsofu area. I was once a committed member of a church, but I went back into the world. I began drinking, smoking and getting into other worldly things. But about 3 weeks ago after hearing the gospel, I decided to rededicate my life to Jesus. I felt happy and knew that I had received the gospel spoken to me. I knew that I had really received Jesus as Lord and from then I have been happy.” Richard’s story is one of God’s power to redeem. Once bound by drinking, smoking, and other worldly things that had him bound, today he walks with Jesus, full of joy, freedom, and renewed strength in Him.
Jesus Heals Myriam’s Sight
Myriam Chansa had been struggling with partial blindness. She shared, “Partial blindness and pain around my waist. For one year, this problem had been troubling me. I had a problem, when looking at the people and in sunshine.”
She explained further, “Even on a short distance, I was unable to see properly. I was just able to see partially.” It affected her daily life and made it hard to see things properly.
After praying in the name of Jesus, Myriam experienced a life-changing miracle. She said, “I was surprised. I began to see people clearly. It was my first time for me to see people clearly.” To confirm her healing, we tested her sight by holding up the number 2, and she identified it correctly from a distance that had previously been impossible for her. Jesus not only touched her eyes but also healed her waist pains. This miracle brought Myriam new hope, joy and opened her heart to the gospel.
A Life Transformed: Healing and Salvation at 77
We met a woman named Anna Murenga. She was 77 years old and came to the first night of the gospel campaign. She shared, “I am very happy because the way I have come is not the way I was.” When she heard the gospel, she received Jesus as her Lord and Savior. She said, “I felt the Holy Spirit coming into my heart. I gave all my life to Jesus.” It was so beautiful how she experienced the power of God and, out of that experience, decided to give her life to the Savior of the world.
Anna also came to the field with much pain. She said, “I had problems with my waist and my knee. It has taken me four to five years just feeling the pain.” She shared that her doctor prescribed her a pain reliever medication. “I used to be visiting the hospital, given panadol, spirit, I was still very sick,” Anna explained. She went on to say, “As I came, I was still in pain. As I came, I was still limping.” But that day, Jesus touched her during the time of prayer, and she received a miracle. She said, “I no longer feel the pain in my waist and my leg. I can run, you even saw me running there.”
That day, Anna was marked by the love of Jesus, receiving the greatest gift of salvation and walking away with a miracle, glorifying God with joy.
Salvation & Set free from pain
Beatrice Mushota and her son Enok came on the second night of the gospel campaign. Her aunt told her that she wanted to come watch what was happening, so she came with her to the field. Beatrice said, “When we were coming here, I was with my aunt and then she said, we are going to watch it together and then they doubted about time but I forced myself to come.”
Beatrice had been struggling through her pregnancy. “I’m actually pregnant so since I had this pregnancy I’ve been having a lot of problems, especially with the heart and I was told to say, you must be finishing a five-liter container of water every day. So when I came here, I started crying.…”
After praying in the name of Jesus, she said, “As you are seeing me here I can not feel the way I used to feel back. I am ok, I am healed… I can do everything, because I am now delivered. Even the water that I used to take with trouble. I can take it. Even eating, I can eat, because I am delivered now. I’m just thanking God, because I used to finish five liters of water every day and I was wondering how can I continue like this and I was even worried if I’m going to deliver properly as young as I am but I’m very happy that I’m healed.”
That night, Beatrice not only experienced healing, but she also accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior. She found the Living Water promised in Scripture, a well from which she will never thirst again. The gift of salvation and eternal life.
Falling Under God’s Power, Rising in Healing
Irene Ingosa came to the gospel campaign with both chest pain and an extreme headache. The chest pain had been for the past two years and the extreme headaches for the past 2 months. The doctors told her that there was nothing they could do. Irene said, “I have a heart problem and headache is ever there… I’ve been sick and I feel not having the strength in me. I used to feel the pain and like something is pulling on my heart. I could feel no strength within me.”
While praying in the name of Jesus, she encountered God. She said, “I felt the strength leaving me and I started shivering.” She then fell to the ground under the power of God, and when she got up, all the chest pain and extreme headaches were gone. What a gift it is when the power of God touches lives.
Two friends found by Jesus and now growing in the church
What seemed like a normal day for Rodrick Kalebaila and his friend Sydney Kaoma turned into a life-changing day. After hearing what Jesus has done for them and what it means to live a life of following Him, they both decided to surrender their hearts to Jesus and make Him their Savior and Lord.
Rodrick said, “I felt good and joyful when I received Jesus as Lord.” His friend Sydney shared, “We felt convicted by the Spirit and we decided to accept Jesus as Lord.” That day, these two friends were marked by the love of God and began their journey of following Jesus.
Through the Embrace Follow-up Discipleship System, they were connected to a local church, where they were welcomed by the pastor, who has participated in the discipleship trainings. Rodrick and Sydney shared that in these past weeks they have been going to church. Sydney said, “The Holy Spirit touched my heart and I began to feel joyful and excited about the gospel message… In church, we were warmly received as first time visitors and decided to join the church.” Rodrick added, “We were received well and in church and encouraged to join the cell meetings as that is also an extension of the life of the church. I was well received by the pastor of the local church where I was invited. I felt good and joyful when I received Jesus as Lord. In church I realized that I was wasting my time by being in the world and busying myself with all its voices. I decided to follow Jesus and never turn back.”
Seven Years of Pain Gone in a Moment: Josephine’s Miracle
We met Josephine Chama at the gospel campaign. She shared, “I am Jama Josephine. I had waist pain and chest pains. 7 years, I’ve been the same problem. Whenever wanted to lift a heavy load, I can not lift it, I can not even sweep.” The waist pain made it difficult for her to perform daily activities, and the chest pains caused her terrible discomfort. “Something was pricking me in my chest and I was experiencing a terrible pain,” she explained.
That night, after prayer in the name of Jesus, Josephine experienced the power of God. She shared, “Tonight all the pain is gone, I’m able to bend now. It has gone, all pain is gone...The pain left me, and I am totally healed in Jesus name.”
To celebrate her healing, Josephine did what she had not been able to do for years. She lifted a chair above her head multiple times, bent down to the floor, and praised God for the miracle. Her testimony brought joy to everyone on the field, a powerful witness of Jesus’ healing touch.

Mukonde Loveness was brought to the campaign by her neighbor. She came with a lifelong challenge. When asked about her sickness, it was explained, “The problem was deaf...From her childhood,” her neighbor shared. The deafness affected both ears, as she could not hear anything at all, not even a little. “Total deafness,” she explained.
Her neighbor, who had been observing Mukonde closely for the past two years, shared how she could not hear anything and had never spoken a word as long as she knew her. She said, “For two years I have found that she cannot talk, she cannot hear.”
After praying, Mukonde's ears opened by the power of Jesus. She turned to her neighbor in awe of the miracle. As we tested her hearing, standing behind Mukonde, we spoke words from the back, and she was able to repeat them perfectly, something that would have been impossible before. We all were in awe. The neighbor said, “She has never said this.” It was an amazing miracle!
Mukonde’s healing brought awe to everyone on the field, a living testimony of the power of Jesus to restore what was once lost.
“I’ve Really Suffered, But Today I Have Met You” - A Miracle of Healing
We met Harriet Tchela on the first night of the gospel campaign. For three years, she had endured extreme stomach pain, waist pain, and leg pain. She visited many hospitals during that time, but the doctors didn’t know how to help her. “I was feeling like being pricked by thorns,” she said, describing the intensity of her suffering.
When praying in the name of Jesus, she was fully healed from all the pain in her body. She said, “That’s the time, I felt something moving and immediately all the pains in my legs were gone.” On stage, she bent down multiple times and said that she was not able to do this before due to the pain. “I could not bend properly because of the pain I used to feel in the waist and my legs.”
While Harriet had been living in chronic pain and despair, unable to find relief through medical means, Jesus met her directly in that moment of hopelessness and gave her the healing she had longed for so desperately. Harriet walked away with joy and hope because she met the Savior in a personal way. Her stomach pain, waist pain, and leg pains were gone. Overcome with joy, she said, “God, I thank you so much, because I’ve really suffered for some time now, but today I have met you.”
A Miracle That Set Her Free
“I had great trouble coming to the field tonight, because I was in so much pain,” Fosta Langue shared, “I needed to use a walking stick which my son sent me from the city… which I was able to get around with.”
For a whole year, she had suffered in her waist and right leg. “Way back I used to walk freely but when I had fall sick, that’s when I started using that help,” she explained. That night, she came seeking healing, but God had something else first in store for her.
When Fosta heard the gospel sermon, what Jesus has done and what it means to follow Him, she made the greatest decision a person can. She decided to surrender her life to Jesus Christ and make Him the King of her heart.
When the time of praying for healing in the name of Jesus came, Fosta was hoping for a miracle. In that moment, Jesus touched her supernaturally. The pain in her waist and right leg disappeared, and she was able to walk without the stick she had relied on for so long. Fully healed by Jesus, together we danced and celebrated the gift of salvation and the gift of healing in her life.
Saved & Healed by Jesus
We met Anni Muila on the fourth night of the gospel campaign. She had first come to the field on the third night, struggling with pain. She shared, “I came with leg pains, and my BP was troubling me. For five years, I was unable to walk or stand for long.” This pain affected her daily life.
After praying in the name of Jesus, she experienced God’s touch. She said, “Yesterday, I was surprised. When I came, I was able to stand for a long time.” Though she noticed an immediate change, she wanted to see how it was the next day.
On the fourth night of the campaign, she joyfully shared, “I was experiencing a lot of pain, but today I’m completely healed by Jesus.” Her healing was only part of the miracle. Anni also made the most important decision of her life. With joy, she said, “I gave my life to Jesus.”
Saved, Healed, and Growing in Church
We met Meko Makobwe. She shared, “I had a problem with sugar and BP (blood pressure), so I decided to come here. I always feel body pains and headaches, even in my veins.”
Meko gave her life to Jesus, and something remarkable happened. She said, “When I received Jesus Christ as my Lord and personal Saviour, I was made whole. I was healed completely.” She realized immediately after surrendering her life to Jesus that she had been fully healed of her body pains.
The following day, we connected her to a local church through the embrace follow up and discipleship system. There, she joyfully testified of her healing. That same evening, she shared her story again at the campaign, full of gratitude for what God had done. It was beautiful to see Meko, healed and rejoicing, giving glory to God for His amazing work in her life. She said, “I now know that God is good.”
